Somewhere in my notes from my Latter-Day Saint History class back in first year undergrad I have a cartoon that a friend drew with bears carrying "vote for Joseph" signs. I cannot for the life of me remember why it was funny....
I actually have a tee-shirt from my days at the Kirtland Temple that has the Times and Seasons front page announcement declaring "Gen. Joseph Smith for President" and so on. I haven't had the guts yet to wear it out of the house. :-)
Flannel: n./adj., a fabric of various degrees of weight and fineness, usually made from loosely spun yarns.
Christian: n./adj., (1) a person who struggles to lay their life alongside the life, ministry and mission of Jesus, (2) me.
As always.... This page reflects my own personality, point of view, and vision of the gospel. While my beliefs and behavior reflect on
my faith and my community, I shouldn't be taken to be speaking for the Church, its members, or Christianity definitively (however much I would
like to).
